Yellowfin Tuna & Mango Vodka Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbps honey
3 tbps soy sauce
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup finely diced red onions
1/4 cop Vodka
tbps toasted pine-nuts
1/2 ripe Mango, diced
1 tbps White vinegar
6 oz sashimi grade tuna
Three mint leaves thinly chopped
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Step 1
Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and citrus juices. Stir in the onions, vodka, and mango. Add the vinegar and tuna.
Step 2
Add the vinegar and tuna. Stir in the mint leaves and toasted pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for no more than 15 minutes (you don’t want the tuna to cook too much! ) and serve immediately.
