After touring Europe and gaining a deep understanding of the Virginia winery circuit, Chef Cordero partnered with Darcie Kent Vineyards to develop his pilot project: Cordero Wine. The first run yielded 400 cases of chardonnay (2013), merlot (2013) and pinot noir (2014).
