Grilled Flank Steak With Roasted Corn Tomatoes & Onion Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. flank steak

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 medium size where onion diced

  • 12 over and over cherry tomatoes

  • 1 corn husk trim corn

Step 1

Season the steak on both size with salt and pepper. In a large glass or ceramic baking dish with together the Mustard, cumin, and vinegar. place the steak in a dish, turn and coach on both sides, Cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.

Step 2

Heat the grill to very hot. In a medium size nonstick skillet, toss over medium heat. Add the onions, tomatoes, and corn. Add one bay leaf, reduce the heat to simmer, and cook until the mixture is soft and thick, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set it aside to cool.

Step 3

Meanwhile, grilled a steak and tell Dan to your liking 4 to 6 Per side. End it immediately, top with the tomato Dash onion corn relish.
