Spicy Lobster Pasta
Ingredients
- 12 oz. spaghetti
- Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1 large Shallot, finally chopped
- 1 tsp. Cherry tomatoes, Halved
- 1lb. Picked cook lobster meat
- 1 tsp. Finally grated lemon zest
Directions
Cook spaghetti and a large pot of boiling salted water, staring it occasionally, until al dente. Drain, reserving one cup of pasta cooking liquid (the secret to silky sauce).
